Paul Hefner
Founder, Executive Coach/Consultant
With nearly 30 years of cross-industry experience—from leading $4B product lines to guiding startups, nonprofits, and global organizations—I’ve built a career at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and human psychology.

I began as an engineer, turning ideas into reality, and helped launch life-saving medicines for rare diseases. To amplify impact, I earned an MBA, equipping me to partner with senior leadership and drive projects from concept to successful product launch.

Along the way, I discovered my true passion: unlocking motivation and sustaining peak performance. As a trained coach and currently taking classes for a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard, I combine proven science with decades of leadership experience to help individuals and teams thrive.
