OUR MISSION

With close to 30 years of experience, I've have had the privilege of work with many different types of companies, businesses and management styles (large public $4+ billion product lines, to international, non-profit, private and startups). I entered the work force as an engineer to follow my passion by turning my dreams and ideas into tangible realities  One passion is helping to launch needed medicines to provide the first treatments for rare diseases and save lives. Soon I realized I needed more business skills to help give these ideas a better chance to be selected by management. Thus, I obtained an MBA. This additional knowledge of how organizations function has helped me work better with senior leadership, manage teams and projects to success from idea to product launch.

Throughout my journey, I've witnessed the incredible power of how talented individuals and teams are motivated to overcome staggering odds to meet success outcomes. I wondered how some people can have an unstoppable drive, while other driven individuals can so easily have their motivation tested and unfortunately give up. To help individuals answer these questions, I have taken classes to focus on being a certified coach of individuals and their organizations to help them find their motivation to be the best version of themselves. I have also begun taking classes at Harvard University to learn more proven techniques about how to improve and best assist individuals and teamwork place performance, via a Masters of Industrial Organizational Psychology.
