Executive Coaching
What is Executive Coaching?
Executive coaching is a professional development strategy that involves a coach working with an executive (manager, executive/C-
Suite thru board members). The coach provides the coachee with an unbiased ear to work through their challenges and/or how to get
to that next level/new role, unlock their potential, enhance their performance and motivation, find their best work/life balance and
achieve/exceed their goals.
Coaching involves a coach working with an individual coachee at any level (not management) to help them thru their work place
journeys and challenges. It involves similar coaching principles and process except it can be at any level, from student/intern to
seasoned employee.
