Most of you know me from my engineering and pharma work. What fewer people know is what I've been building on the side of that.

At the Summit last week I talked about the cost of stress-driven decisions. What I didn't say is where that obsession came from.

For years I worked with pharma and biotech teams preparing for FDA and EMA inspections — moments where one wrong answer can shut down a $2B product launch. The work wasn't about making people smarter. It was about making sure their best thinking was still accessible when the pressure was at its worst.

It worked. And I kept watching founders — people just as sharp as those teams — hemorrhage money on rushed hires, flawed contracts, and stalled decisions. Not from bad strategy. From the same thing: chronic stress with no framework for performing through it.

That gap is what Harmonized Hemispheres exists to close.

A year-long program. Eight founders. Executive coaching, behavioral science, Hogan assessments, and a stress performance methodology built from some of the highest-pressure environments in industry.

We launch in July. If you were at the Summit and this is the piece that clicked — my DMs are open.
