Friday thoughts as I reflect on May's past coaching sessions and the busy Boston Tech Week 2026…

The founders I work with and meet aren’t lacking effort.

They’re carrying a lot—decisions, pressure, uncertainty—and trying to stay clear while everything is moving fast and doing so much.

One thing that’s come up consistently in the coaching sessions:

even strong operators need some time & structured space to think clearly when the pressure compounds. They have been attacking the same problems from different angles for months or even years and just need a trusted, unbiased set of eyes to assist them.

That’s a big part of what I’m building into the next phase.

I’m opening a small number of spots for July 2026 coaching pods / year-long cohorts for founders and business owners who want:

-clearer vision and decisions under pressure

-stronger execution

-a group of people in similar situations that they can confide in 

-and a steadier way of leading over time

Keeping the groups small and focused.
